All suppliers to Commercial Steel Products are chosen via a stringent supplier qualification program that is focused on quality. Our Metallurgical and Quality staff visit supplier locations to review, monitor and qualify processes. Suppliers are subsequently audited on a bi-yearly basis to ensure agreed upon parameters are being met. Inventory products also periodically go through sample inspections to ensure the quality parameters set forth by Commercial Steel Products to our suppliers are being met.
Commercial Steel Products’ Sales teams are supported by industry renowned technical staff. This enables the Sales teams to quickly engage quality personnel to respond to technical questions our customers may have. Quality personnel are also able to guide our customer through the pre-sale stage and provide any support needed post sales be it technical questions or if support is needed on-site.
